Martin Biginelli – Proprietor of Coaching Four Success.
I am a Business Coach and I provide Mentoring services and live in Barry in the Vale of Glamorgan, South Wales.
I have been coaching individuals and executive clients for almost ten years, having previously worked for and been employed as a national coach for large corporations within the utilities, financial and banking sectors.
Due to my vast experience in the Corporate World gained in several different business sectors.
I am able to work one on one or if preferred I can coach a room full of staff members, or perhaps tailor it more to a small team of company executives.
Some clients may want to take advantage of this group coaching service as it is a relatively new venture but is very powerful in producing a team that can really bond together, and enhances overall performance at the same time!
I also organise and manage various introductory training workshops for businesses, as well as coordinating and executing numerous presentations and seminars to corporate clients and their teams of employees.
I am trained in all levels of personal and business life coaching and I also have sound knowledge of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming). My own life and work experiences have provided me with a wealth of knowledge, which I am able to use when working with clients whether in a personal or professional capacity.

I provide support via Executive Business Coaching, Business Mentoring and Business Diagnostics to all types of businesses. I coach at all levels, from Executives, Regional, Area Directors, Front Line Management, Supervisory Roles, Team Leaders, including front Line Staff.
I have also coached individuals who have been looking to develop their own long term desires and goals.
As well as offering Professional Business Coaching to a wide range of personal clients, I also work with small business owners, middle management, senior company executives and other professionals. I am able to work with my clients at a number of locations, but generally speaking working from their own office or training centre is often the most suitable venue for this type of coaching.
